LIFTING OF SUSPENSION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 1 July 2019 regarding
the suspension of the Company’s securities (“the Suspension”) due to the late publication
of its results for the year ended 28 February 2019. This then led to a delay in the audit of the
Company’s results for the year ended 29 February 2020.
The Company is pleased to advise that the audits for the two years ended 28 February 2019
and 29 February 2020 have been finalised, the interim results for the two periods ended
31 August 2019 and 31 August 2020 have been published and the Annual Reports for the
two aforementioned financial years have been posted to shareholders.
The Board is pleased to advise that the JSE has approved the lifting of the Suspension of
trade in the Company’s securities with effect from commencement of trade on Monday,
17 May 2021.
