TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE TWELVE MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a
trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that
the financial results for the period to be reported on next will differ by 20% or more from the
financial results of the previous corresponding reporting period.
Shareholders are advised that the financial results of Sabcap for the twelve months ended 31 December
2020 are expected to be within the following estimates:

reported on by Sabcap’s external auditors. Sabcap’s audited financial results for the year ended
31 December 2020 are expected to be released on the Stock Exchange News Service on or about
25 March 2021.
