CHANGE TO FUNCTION OF DIRECTORS

Further to the announcement released on SENS on 24 August 2020 relating to the appointment of
Ms Marelise de Lange as Interim Chief Financial Officer, shareholders are advised that, on the
recommendation of the Nomination Committee of Delta and in agreement with the Delta Board,
Ms de Lange will, with immediate effect, temporarily stand down as a member of the Audit, Risk &
Compliance Committee (“the Committee”) until such time as the appointment of a permanent Chief
Financial Officer has been concluded.

Mr Caswell Rampheri, an experienced and appropriately skilled independent non-executive director, who
has been a member of the Delta board for a number of years, will be appointed as member of the Audit,
Risk & Compliance Committee, with immediate effect, and will remain a member until such time as
Ms de Lange reverts to her role as independent non-executive director and re-joins the Committee as a
member.

Mr JB Magwaza stepped down from the Delta Board as the Board Chairman and independent non-
executive director as well as Chairman of the Nomination Committee at Delta’s Annual General Meeting
held on 31 August 2020. The Board thanks him for his chairmanship, wisdom, guidance, and commitment
to Delta since its listing in 2012 and wishes him well on his much-earned retirement.

The Board confirmed the appointment of Ms Phumzile Langeni, a non-executive director, as the Chairman
of the Delta Board and as Chairman of the Nomination Committee, following the conclusion of the Annual
General Meeting on 31 August 2020.

Mr JJ Njeke continues as the Lead Independent Director.
