In accordance with the provisions of the terms and conditions of
Nedbank Limited (‘Nedbank’) Unsecured subordinated notes – “NED
17” under sections D3 and D4(a)(‘Optional Redemption’) of the
Pricing Supplement dated 10 October 2014, investors are herewith
advised of the full capital redemption of NED17 effective 14
October 2019.

In accordance with the terms and conditions, the South African
Registrar   of   Banks    has   granted   written   approval   of   the
Optional Redemption of the NED17 Notes at the option of
Nedbank.
