NOTICE OF AN ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3) (b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, as amended, and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Sephaku Holdings’ shareholders
are advised that the Company has received notification from Truffle Asset Management (Pty)
Ltd (“Truffle Management”) that Truffle Management (on behalf of its clients) has increased its
beneficial interest in Sephaku Holdings such that Truffle Management (on behalf of its clients)
now holds more than 10% but less than 15% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
