NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN ROLES

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released SENS on 17 April 2020 wherein noteholders
were advised that Société Générale (Johannesburg Branch) had been replaced by ABSA Bank Limited
as the paying agent, transfer agent, custodian and settlement agent for the South African Notes.

Noteholders are further advised that the JSE Limited has approved an amendment to the JSE
Placement Document, which document incorporates the Base Prospectus and the Additional South
African Note Conditions. The updated JSE Placement Document dated 26 March 2020 is available on
the Issuer’s website at http://prospectus.socgen.com.
