CHANGES TO THE BOARD


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
PSV ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that:

-   Mr Carlos Fernandes, the current Interim Chief Executive Officer, has stood down from such position
    with effect from 31 October 2019 in order to revert to the role of non-executive director.
    The Board thanks Carlos for his contributions to the Company during his tenure as Interim Chief
    Executive Officer.
    Shareholders will be advised of the appointment of the new Interim Chief Executive Officer in due
    course.

-   Mr Roger Pitt has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of PSV with effect from
    31 October 2019. Roger will however, remain with the Company during his notice period, which ends
    on 31 January 2020.
    The Board thanks Roger for his contributions to the Company and wishes him well in his future
    endeavours.
    Shareholders will be advised of the appointment of the new Chief Financial Officer once the Board has
    identified a suitable candidate.
