Changes to the Board of Directors

Following the non-reappointment of certain non-executive directors at the annual general
meeting held on 9 October 2019, in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of the following non-executive director
appointments with effect from 22 October 2019:

   -   Norman Hornby (B.Proc) is an attorney of the Supreme Court of South Africa. Norman
       is the managing director and CEO of Crawford & Company SA for the last 12 years.
       Prior to this appointment, he was a director and partner at Prinsloo Hornby Inc. and
       has vast experience in litigation and other fields of law.

   -   Dries Ferreira (CA (SA)) is the CEO of WellCapital (Pty) Ltd, a company that offers
       services in mergers & acquisitions, turnarounds, tax structures and forensic
       investigations. Prior to this, Dries worked at various listed companies on the JSE.

   -   Steve Naude (CA (SA), MBA) is a director of Aardvark Partners Ltd and has more than
       38 years’ experience in corporate finance and investment banking locally and
       internationally. Steve is currently a non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit
       and Risk committee of a JSE listed company and Chairman of its Remuneration
       Committee.

   -   Tanya Greeff is an advocate of the high court of South Africa, a member of Chartered
       Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Association of Arbitrators of Southern Africa and a member
       of Construction Law (UK). Tanya is a director of CSSI Construction Support Services
       International and has held various other legal consulting positions at numerous
       companies.

The Board of Brikor welcomes Norman, Dries, Steve and Tanya and is looking forward to their
contribution.
