UPDATE ON ACTIVO DISPOSAL CIRCULAR

1.   INTRODUCTION

     Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on 24 December
     2025 regarding the proposed disposal by ACT Healthcare Assets Proprietary Limited of its entire shareholding in
     and all claims against its wholly-owned subsidiary, Activo Health Proprietary Limited ("Activo") (and, indirectly,
     Activo's wholly owned subsidiaries, Activo Healthcare Assets Proprietary Limited and Forrester Pharma Proprietary
     Limited, constituting a Category 1 disposal in terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.

2.   DISTRIBUTION OF CIRCULAR

     Shareholders are advised that the JSE has granted AfroCentric an extension of time within which to distribute the
     Category 1 disposal circular, until 24 April 2026.
