RESULTS OF THE EQUITY RAISE AND PREFERRED C ORDINARY SHARE CAPITAL RAISE

Shareholders are referred to the announcements published on SENS on 8 September 2025 and 26 September 2025,
regarding, inter alia:

  -   the equity capital raise through the allotment and issue of up to 1 000 000 ordinary shares in the share capital of
      the Company ("Ordinary Share"), at R11.00 per Ordinary Share issued (the "Equity Raise"); and
  -   the capital raise through the allotment and issue of up to 5 882 353 preferred C ordinary shares in the share
      capital of the Company ("Class C Shares"), at R3.40 per Class C Share issued (the "C Share Capital Raise").

ABC is pleased to announce the placement of:

  -   368 598 Ordinary Shares (the "Equity Raise Shares") at an issue price of R11.00 per Ordinary Share, raising
      R4 054 578 (in aggregate). The funds raised pursuant to the Equity Raise will be utilised by the Group towards,
      inter alia, accumulating Bitcoin in terms of the Company's newly adopted Bitcoin Treasury Strategy.
  -   18 265 Class C Shares (the "Capital Raise Shares") at an issue price of R3.40 per Class C Share, raising
      R62 101 (in aggregate). In accordance with the terms of the Class C Shares, the funds raised pursuant to C
      Share Capital Raise will be invested in Altvest Credit Opportunities Fund Limited ("ACOF"), through the
      subscription by ABC of additional ordinary shares in ACOF (on a one-to-one basis). The change in the economic
      interest in ACOF for holders of Class C Shares ("C Shareholders") and ABC was marginal, with C Shareholders'
      economic interest increasing to 27.07% and ABC's economic interest decreasing to 72.93%.

Subject to approval by the JSE, listing and trading of the Equity Raise Shares and Capital Raise Shares is expected to
commence at 09h00 on or about 31 October 2025.
