TERMINATION OF CAPIID NOTES

All of the CAPIID notes in issue have been repurchased by the Issuer. The listing of CAPIID will accordingly terminate
and be delisted. The suspension of the CAPIID notes will be effective from Tuesday, 7 October 2025 and the delisting
thereof will be effective at commencement of business on Friday, 10 October 2025.

The structured product is exercisable only in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the relevant pricing
supplement.

There are no holders of CAPIID therefore no settlement is applicable.
