In compliance with paragraph 6.7. of the Debt & Specialist Securities Listings Requirements ("DSS Listings
Requirements") of JSE Limited , Prescient hereby notifies the holders of its securities that the audited annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 for all of the ETFs which it manages are now available on its website
