DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF THE FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED
28 FEBRUARY 2025

Efora hereby notifies shareholders of a delay in the release of its results announcement dealing with
the annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2025 ("EEL 2025 AFS"), which were
expected to be released by 31 May 2025.

The Company expects to publish the EEL 2025 AFS by 30 June 2025.

The Company will provide the shareholders with further updates in due course.
