COMPANIES ACT NO.71 OF 2008

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement published earlier today relating
to the change of name of Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited to Momentum Group
Limited, the distribution of the Circular and the Notice in terms of section 60 of
the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 (Companies Act) and are advised that the Form of
written consent in terms of section 60 of the Companies Act has been updated to
reflect all the resolutions requiring shareholders' consent.

The updated Circular (including the Form of written consent) is available on the
Company's         website         (https://www.momentummetropolitan.co.za/investor-
relations/shareholder-centre/shareholder-notices).

There are no other changes to the information contained in the SENS announcement
