RDFB27 – SUSTAINABILITY INTEREST RATE NOTIFICATION
Noteholders are referred to the additional terms and conditions contained in the applicable pricing
supplement relating to the RDFB27 notes and are advised that the sustainability performance target
for the greenhouse gas emission (GHG) reduction key performance indicator was not satisfied for
the period ended 31 August 2022. This is due primarily to the use of diesel-powered generators as
a critical business continuity measure in response to the increased load shedding during 2022
Accordingly, the step-down margin will not be applicable. The applicable margin will remain 2.00%.
The sustainability-linked instrument performance certificate applicable all Redefine's sustainability
linked instruments (and therefore RDFB27 as well) is available on Redefine's website at:
