UPDATE ON DISPOSAL OF A POWER PARK IN OPOLE, POLAND


Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS and published on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on
14 December 2021 regarding an agreement concluded with the German based investment company, Gutenberg Capital, to
dispose of a Power Park situated in Opole, Poland (the "transaction").

Final agreements in this regard have been concluded and the only remaining condition precedent is the waiver of a pre-
emption purchase right of the city of Opole. The transaction is expected to close in the next four to six weeks.
