RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY


Shareholders are advised that Anda Matwa has resigned as company secretary and from Attacq with effect from
29 November 2021. The board of directors of Attacq (the “Board”) wishes to thank Anda for her contribution to
Attacq and wishes her well in her future endeavours.

The Board has instigated a process to appoint a new company secretary, and a further announcement in this regard
will be made in due course.
