Subject: Approve of Management Board's member resignation

Further to current report no. 16/2021 dated 27 October 2021, the management board of Globe Trade
Centre SA (“GTC”, “Company”) informs that on 28 October 2021, the Supervisory Board approved Mr.
Robert Snow resignation from his seat on the Management Board of the Company as well as GTC Real
Estate Development Hungary Zrt. The resignation is effective immediately.

Legal grounds: § 5 section 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current
and periodic disclosures by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent the
information that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
