SHORT FORM ANNOUNCEMENT

UNAUDITED INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 AUGUST 2021

Compared to the previous corresponding period:

  —  Revenue increased by 11.8% to R69 706 000
  —  Profit after tax increased by 5.5% to R1 184 000
  —  EPS has increased by 5.5% to 13.74 cents per
  —  HEPS increased by 5.5% to 13.65 cents per share

Compared to the previous reporting period NAV increased by 2% to 653.06 cents per share.  

Spanjaard Limited, a leading and proudly South African manufacturer of special lubricants and
allied chemical products in the Automotive, Household, Industrial and Mining, Outdoor and
Leisure, Marine, Motorcycle, Food Grade, Non-Flammable Aerosols and Food markets, released
its results for the six months ended 31 August 2021.
