NOTICE TO NOTEHOLDERS REGARDING THE RELEASE OF THE FINANCIAL RESULTS OF LISTCO
Noteholders are referred to the announcement released by enX Group Limited (“ListCo”), a Guarantor
to the Issuer’s Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, on SENS on 23 November 2020 relating to
the release of ListCo’s audited annual financial results for the year ended 31 August 2020 (the
“financial results”).
Noteholders are advised that the financial results are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered
office and on ListCo’s website at https://www.enxgroup.co.za/annual-results/. The audit report
issued on the financial results of ListCo was unqualified.
Furthermore, the Issuer wishes to bring attention to noteholders that as a result of the disposal of
Eqstra Fleet Management and Logistics (‘’Eqstra’’) not becoming effective in May 2020, Eqstra, which
was previously classified as an asset held for sale, was reclassified as a continuing operation in May
2020 and the summarised consolidated statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income
together with the summarised consolidated statement of financial position for the year ended 31
August 2019 has been re-presented as though Eqstra was a continuing operation, in accordance with
IFRS 5.
