EXTENSION OF THE DATE FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THE BUSINESS RESCUE
PLAN OF PHUMELELA GAMING AND LEISURE LIMITED (IN BUSINESS RESCUE)


1.     We refer to the extension of the date for the publication of the plan to 31 July 2020.

2.     We confirm that the further extension of the date for the publication of the plan from
       31 July 2020 to 18 August 2020 has been approved by the requisite majority of the
       creditors of Phumelela.

3.     The extension of the date to publish the plan is for the following reasons:

     3.1       to allow time to conclude binding agreements with parties interested in
               acquiring some or all the assets or businesses or the Company, and

     3.2       to publish the business rescue plan which will record and set out the terms of
               those transactions and estimated outcomes for creditors and shareholders
               based thereon.

4.     Affected persons are also encouraged to keep abreast of the notices and other
       documents that are continuously published on the business rescue section on the
       Company’s website at : http://www.phumelela.com/Business-Rescue-
       Updates/Updates.
