Prosus (South Africa, NL0013654783 , BJDS7M4, FTSE/JSE Top 40) have announced that they will offer N
class shareholders the option to elect to receive a cash dividend in lieu of the default capital repayment.
The ex-date is Wednesday 21 October 2020.

If approved by shareholders at the virtual Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 18 August 2020, the
election period will expire on Monday 9 November 2020.

FTSE/JSE will apply the default option of the Capital Repayment in all indexes and the event will be
confirmed through the tracker files in due course.
