CHANGE OF SEM AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE AND SPONSOR

Shareholders and the public in general are referred to the announcement released by the Company on 25 February
2020, informing the market of the resignation of the Company’s Administrator, Company Secretary and SEM Listing
Sponsor.

The Board of Directors of the Company now wishes to advise shareholders and the public in general that Perigeum
Capital Ltd has been appointed as the new SEM Authorised Representative and Sponsor to New Frontier, with effect
from 25 March 2020.

The Company is also taking the necessary steps to finalise the appointment of a new Administrator and Company
Secretary.

New Frontier holds primary listings on both the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”)
and the Alternative Exchange of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”).
