Division), issued under its Structured Note Programme, has been
amended for a manifest error as follows:

The   Final   Redemption   Amount    currently   reflected   as
“ZAR345,000,000” has been deleted and amended to “Nominal
Amount” in the Applicable Pricing Supplement. This amendment is
effective 29 January 2020.

The remainder of the terms of the Applicable Pricing Supplement
remain unchanged.
