DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN INTEREST IN SHAREHOLDING

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, Act 71 of 2008, as amended, and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
AfroCentric has been notified of the following changes in shareholding:

    •   During June 2017 Daniel Janse Van Vuuren] (“Dannie”) disposed of his 5.83%
        indirect beneficial interest in the securities of the Company to ARC Health (Pty)
        Limited (“ARC”), following which, Dannie now holds a 0% indirect interest in the total
        issued share capital of the Company

    •   During June 2017, ARC, through its wholly owned subsidiary ARC Health Investment
        Proprietary Limited acquired the indirect beneficial interest in the securities of the
        Company from Dannie, following which ARC held a 14.14% interest in the Company,
        being an 8.80% direct beneficial interest and a 5.34% indirect beneficial interest in the
        securities of the Company.

    •   During December 2018 ARC disposed of its indirect beneficial interest in the
        securities of the Company Royal Queens Holdings Proprietary Limited (“Royal
        Queens”) (“Disposal”). Following the Disposal ARC now holds an 8.80% direct
        beneficial interest and a 0% indirect interest in the securities of the Company.

    •   During December 2018 Royal Queens acquired an indirect beneficial interest in the
        securities of the Company from ARC, following which, Royal Queens now holds a
        5.71% interest in the Company being a direct beneficial interest of 5.34% and 0.37%
        indirect beneficial interest in the securities of the Company.
