Centre S.A. for next three year term

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 17
May 2018 the Supervisory Board of the Company re-appointed Erez Boniel as member of the
Management Board of the Company for next three-year terms.


Erez Boniel has been a member of Globe Trade Centre S.A Management Board and Chief Financial
Officer and has led GTC’s financial activity since 1997. Mr. Boniel holds an MBA with honours from
Calgary University and a CPA certificate.


According to statement he has made, Erez Boniel is not entered in the register of insolvent debtors
maintained pursuant to the Polish Act on the National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not
perform any activities outside of the Company’s business which could be considered competitive
thereto, does not participate in any competitive business, either as a partner in a civil partnership or any
other type of partnership, and is not member of the authorities of any competitive company or any other
competitive entity.


Legal basis: § 5.5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and
periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such
information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the laws of a state which
is not a member state.
