In compliance with paragraph 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
hereby notified that the Cora Foundation Trust, an associate of Mr Johannes Cornelis van
Niekerk (Financial Director), has disposed of RAC preference shares to Calibre Capital (Pty)
Ltd, an associate of Pieter Gerhardt Viljoen (Executive Chairman), Theunis de Bruyn (Executive
Director) and Johannes Cornelis van Niekerk (Financial Director). Details are as follows:


  Name of Associate seller:          The Cora Foundation Trust
  Relationship to Associate:         Mr van Niekerk is one of five trustees of the Cora
                                     Foundation Trust, a charitable trust that was established by
                                     his family. Neither Mr van Niekerk nor any member of his
                                     family are beneficiaries of the Cora Foundation Trust
  Name of Associate buyer:           Calibre Capital (Pty) Ltd
  Relationship to Associate:         Messrs Viljoen, de Bruyn and van Niekerk are directors
                                     and beneficial shareholders.
