RESULTS OF THE INITIAL OFFER FOR THE SATRIX JSE GLOBAL EQUITY ETF
("THE PORTFOLIO")- STXJGE
Further to the announcement released on SENS on Wednesday, 07
February 2024 regarding the listing approval and the initial public
offer ("the offer") for subscription to the portfolio, Satrix
Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby announce the results of the offer.
1. Cash subscription
The total cash subscription to the offer is for an amount of
R 28 411 059.00 (Twenty Eight million Four Hundred and Eleven
Thousand and Fifty Nine Rand). One letter of allocation ("LA") was
issued for every rand subscribed to the subscriber's CSDP or broker
account and the corresponding rand amount debited.
2. Conversion ratio of the LA
STRATE will convert the LA to Satrix securities in the subscriber's
CSDP or broker accounts in terms of the conversion ratios that will
be published on Thursday, 07 March 2024.
