CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


The board of directors of Lighthouse (the "Board") wishes to advise that Nicolaas Willem ("Nick") Hanekom
has been appointed as an alternate non-independent non-executive director to Desmond de Beer with effect from
today, 11 May 2023.

Nick is a chartered accountant with significant experience in property investment and management. He completed
his articles with PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PwC") in Johannesburg whereafter he joined PwC in London. On his
return to South Africa in August 2005, he was employed by Resilient REIT Limited ("Resilient"), initially as
company secretary and, with effect from May 2011, as financial director. Nick acted as chief operating officer at
Resilient from March 2020 until his emigration to the United Kingdom in December 2022.

The Board welcomes Nick and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
