NAME CHANGE UPDATE

Bondholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 21 October 2022 and 22 November 2022,
in which the Company respectively announced a proposed change of the Company’s name (“Name Change”)
and confirmed the subsequent approval of such Name Change by the requisite majority of shareholders at the
Company’s annual general meeting, subject to certain conditions, including the approval of the name reservation
by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (“CIPC”).

Bondholders are advised that the Name Change remains subject to the approval of the name reservation by the
CIPC. Bondholders will be notified of developments and provided with an updated timetable in due course.
