In accordance with paragraph 3.60 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), Workforce
advises that the Schedule 13 Director’s Declaration (“Director’s Declaration”) for Mr Shaun Naidoo, a non-
executive director of the Company, has been amended to state that a company of which he is a director,
being Rebosis Property Fund Limited, has been placed into business rescue.
