DISCLOSURE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 13 September 2021 and in
compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), as amended
(“Companies Act”) and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, are advised that
Novus Holdings has received notifications in terms of section 122(1) of the Companies Act that two
shareholders have increased their beneficial interests in the securities of the Company, such that their
entire beneficial interests following the scrip election made by shareholders amount to the following:
