established in terms of Notice No. 6770, promulgated in the Provincial Gazette Extraordinary of 1
October 2000 in terms of section 12(1) read with section 14(2) of the Local Government : Municipal
Structures Act, 1998, as amended)

(“City of Tshwane” or the “Issuer”)

Delay in Availability of the Annual Financial Statements for the Year ended 30 June 2020

Noteholders are advised that the City of Tshwane will not be able to release their Annual Financial
Statements for the year ended 30 June 2020 due to outstanding submissions into the audit process.

We now anticipate finalization of the whole audit no later than 30th April 2021.

Management of the City of Tshwane stand firmly behind the Auditor General South Africa’s Office, in
contributing to a clean administration of this municipality.
