the sole shareholder of Rand Water. In terms of the Act, Rand
Water's primary activity is the provision of bulk water supply
services (potable bulk water and sanitation services) within the

APPOINTMENT OF DEBT OFFICER
Pursuant to paragraphs 6.39(a) and 7.3(g) of the JSE Debt Listing
Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised that Mr Lucky Ncobela,
in his capacity as Group Treasurer has been appointed as Debt Officer
of Rand Water with effect from 29 January 2021.
The Board confirms that it has considered and is satisfied with the
competence, qualifications and experience of the newly appointed debt
officer.
