In terms of paragraphs 24(b) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, the Anniversary Index Level on 18 December 2019
was greater than the Anniversary Autocall Level, triggering an Autocall Event resulting in an automatic Early Redemption
and termination. Accordingly, the AMB239 note was suspended from trading effective 19 December 2019 and redeem
and automatically terminate with effect from 31 December 2019.
