DOLLAR CUSTODIAL CERTIFICATES DISTRIBUTION
Notice is hereby given that the Issuer will pay a cash distribution to the holders of the Dollar Custodial
Certificates listed on the Exchange Traded Funds sector of the JSE Limited (DCCUSD) in the amount of R
9.84 (984 cents) per DCCUSD unit.
For purposes of clarity, kindly note that the distribution will be marked as interest in accordance with the
JSE’s payment infrastructure. Investors are advised that no lending relationship exists between themselves
and the Issuer [clause 12 of the Offering Circular dated 6 January 2017].
The salient dates for the payment will be as follows:
Last day to trade to receive the payment Tuesday, 5 December 2017
Shares commence trading “ex” the payment on Wednesday 6 December 2017
Record date Friday, 8 December 2017
Payment date Monday, 11 December 2017
The DCCUSD certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday, 6 December
2017 and Friday, 8 December 2017, both days inclusive.
Local dividend tax of 20% is not applicable to the payment amount.
The payment has been calculated with reference to interest received by the Issuer from the underlying
asset, being US Treasury Bills.
The Issuer had 130 000 DCCUSD units in issue as at the date of receipt of the income on the underlying
asset.
