CHANGES TO THE BOARD: CHANGE OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:

M J Botha will retire at the end of August 2015 as Finance Director
of Distell Limited and as an Executive Director of Distell Group
Limited with effect from 31 December 2015. As a result, L C Verwey
has been appointed as Financial Director of Distell Limited, with
effect from 1 September 2015. During the course of 2015 they will
work together to ensure a smooth transition and effective handover of
duties and responsibilities.

Richard Rushton, Managing Director of Distell Limited confirmed:
‘Distell has benefitted for many years from Merwe Botha’s wisdom,
counsel and expertise and our growth and success have been a
reflection of his selfless contribution. Merwe leaves us a legacy of
financial health, prudence, integrity and a focus on the delivery of
value. We wish him all of the best for his retirement.’
