NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Linked unitholders are advised that Arrowhead’s integrated annual report, including the audited financial
statements for the financial year ended 30 September 2014, was dispatched to linked unitholders on
20 November 2014 and is available on the company’s website, www.arrowheadproperties.co.za and contains no
changes to the condensed consolidated reviewed results for the year ended 30 September 2014, released on
SENS on 10 November 2014.

The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting which will be held at the offices of
Arrowhead, 2nd Floor, 18 Melrose Boulevard, Melrose Arch, Johannesburg on Tuesday, 3 February 2015 at
10:00.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday,
16 January 2015 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 23 January 2015.
