OUTCOME OF THE STATUTORY SECOND MEETING OF CREDITORS


Further to the SENS announcement dated 21 May 2012 which
announcement detailed the notice of the statutory second
meeting of creditors, shareholders are advised that the
second creditors meeting was held on 24 May 2012 and the
liquidators report as tabled with the resolutions at the
meeting were adopted by proved creditors.

The liquidators will now continue with the winding up of
the Company.
