QUARTERLY SUSPENSION UPDATE


In terms of paragraph 1.11(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Cloud Atlas (RF) Proprietary Limited
(the “Company”) is required to provide an update to shareholders regarding the current state of
affairs of the Company until the suspension is lifted.


Shareholders are referred to the ongoing suspension in trading of the ASBI ex-SA portfolio on
the JSE which came into effect on 20 September 2022.


Shareholders are advised that the ASBI ex-SA portfolio remains suspended and is under cautionary
as stipulated in the cautionary announcement dated 12 September 2022 and the subsequent
renewal of such cautionary announcement.


Shareholders are further advised that on 31 January 2023 the Company received the approval letter
(dated 20 January 2023) from FSCA, on the change in the direct shareholding in the Company, where
EasyEquities will acquire 100% of the shares in the Company.


The Company is in the application process for the repurpose of the ASBI ex-SA portfolio, which
requires a ballot to be conducted. Given the change in owners, the handover process is currently
underway and will be concluded in February 2023. The ballot process is anticipated to be concluded
in the next 3 to 6 months depending on regulatory approval timelines.


The Company will apply for the lifting of the suspension of trade in the ASBI ex-SA portfolio once
the ballot process has been concluded and an announcement will be published on SENS.


The Company will provide a further update or any changes in this regard.
