transaction titled "Transaction No. 9 – Tower Investments (Educor Rental
Agreements)"

The Issuer wishes to draw noteholders attention to the following with respect to
holdings in RED901:

  1. In terms of paragraph 63(g) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, the
     annual financial statements of the Lessee is required to be made available
     by the lessee within six months from the date of its financial year end,
     being 31 December, and the financial information is also required to be
     made available on the Issuer’s website.


  2. Full details of the lessee’s position on meeting the requirements as set
     out in point 1 above is disclosed in the letter from the Lessee published
