DISCLOSURE OF CHANGE IN HOLDING OF SECURITIES

Given that there was a slight timing difference in the
delivery of the shares in Hulisani to the Government Employees
Pension Funds administered by the Public Investment
Corporation, and for purposes of prudency and transparency,
the Company hereby confirms, in accordance with section 122
(3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and
section 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, that the following shareholders hold more than 5% of
the issued share capital in the Company:

Government Employees Pension Funds              45.21%
Eskom Pension and Provident Fund                14.90%

Shareholders should note that the 45.21% held by the
Government Employees Pension Funds is less than the 50%
initially stated in the Company’s pre-listing statement dated
31 March 2016.
