NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Linked unitholders are advised that the Synergy’s integrated report, incorporating the audited financial
results for the nine months ended 31 March 2015, was dispatched to linked unitholders on 30 June 2015,
and contains no changes from the summarised condensed audited financial results for the nine months
ended 31 March 2015 which were released on SENS on Friday, 22 May 2015.
The integrated report contains a notice of annual general meeting for Synergy, which will be held at
One-on-Ninth, Corner Glenhove Road and Ninth Street, Melrose Estate on Friday, 4 September 2015 at 09h00.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is
Friday, 21 August 2015 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 28 August 2015.
