CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are hereby advised that Interwaste has posted its integrated annual report
incorporating its audited annual financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2014
to shareholders today, 21 May 2015. The audited annual financial statements in the integrated
annual report is unchanged from the reviewed financial results published on SENS on Tuesday, 24
March 2015 and in the press on Wednesday, 25 March 2015, apart from the following
reclassification that was made in the statement of financial position, within current liabilities.

Germiston South, Gauteng.
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of members of Interwaste will be held in the
boardroom of the company at, 2 Brammer Road, Germiston South, Gauteng, South Africa on
Tuesday, 30 June 2015 at 14h00, to transact the business as set out in the notice of annual general
meeting circulated together with the integrated annual report and audited annual financial
statements.
