APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO THE REUNERT BOARD AND
AUDIT COMMITTEE

The board of directors of Reunert (“board”) is pleased to announce the appointment of
Tasneem Abdool-Samad to the board as an independent non-executive director, with
effect from 1 July 2014. She will also serve as a member of the audit and risk committees.

Ms Abdool-Samad is a chartered accountant, with extensive financial and commercial
experience. Amongst others, Ms Abdool-Samad served as an audit partner at an eminent
audit firm for 8 years.
