ERRATUM – AUDIT REPORT INCLUDED IN THE ANNUAL REPORT
The annual report for the fifteen months ended 31 March 2012 was dispatched to shareholders on
30 August 2012. Shareholders are advised that an error occurred in the transcription of the audit
report, page 9, set out in the annual report. This error does not impact in any way on the content of
the audit report or opinion. The amended paragraphs in the audit report, with the corrected
wording underlined, are set out below:
INDEPENDENT AUDITOR’S REPORT TO THE SHAREHOLDERS OF MOBILE INDUSTRIES LIMITED
“We have audited the group annual financial statements and annual financial statements of Mobile
Industries Limited, which comprise the consolidated and separate statements of financial position as
at 31 March 2012, the consolidated and separate statements of comprehensive income, the
consolidated and separate statements of changes in equity, the consolidated and separate
statements of cash flows for the fifteen month period then ended, a summary of significant
accounting policies and other explanatory notes and the directors report as set out on pages 10 to
27.
Opinion
In our opinion, these financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated
and separate financial position of Mobile Industries Limited as at 31 March 2012, and its
consolidated and separate financial performance and consolidated and separate cash flows for the
fifteen month period then ended in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and
the requirements of the Companies Act of South Africa.”
