SECONDARY TRADING VENUE ON THE OTCQB®
The Company is pleased to advise shareholders that, with effect from Wednesday, 26 November 2025, the Company's
ordinary shares ("Shares") will commence trading in the United States ("US") on the OTCQB® Venture Market under
the ticker "AFBCF". This arrangement provides investors globally with an additional channel to access ABC's Shares,
and is expected to enhance the Company's international visibility and reach.
The OTCQB Market is not a licensed or regulated securities exchange, but rather an electronic broker-dealer platform
operated by OTC Markets Group. ABC's admission does not represent a formal listing. Instead, it facilitates secondary
market trading of ABC's existing Shares through a network of US market makers.
In relation to the OTCQB Market and trading thereon, there is no foreign share register, no depositary receipt structure,
and no offshore custodial arrangement. All Shares traded on the OTCQB Market remain settled and held within South
Africa via the JSE and Strate systems. The JSE remains ABC's primary listing.
