shareholders are advised that Vodacom Group shares issued to Mr S Mdlalose, a director of
Vodacom (Proprietary) Limited, through the company's conditional share plan, have vested.
Mr Mdlalose has sold 17 216 Vodacom Group shares to settle the tax on this vesting, more fully
