CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF INVESTEC BANK LIMITED

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on 21 August 2023 wherein noteholders were
advised of the appointment of Cumesh Moodliar as the CEO of Investec Bank Limited with effect from 1
April 2024 as well as the planned retirement of Richard Wainwright in 2025.


Noteholders are hereby further advised that Richard will be retiring from his role as an executive director of
Investec with effect from 1 April 2025. The Board is grateful to Richard for his exemplary service,
commitment and contribution to Investec, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
