AMALGAMATION WITH SATRIX QUALITY SOUTH AFRICA ETF

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 11 January 2024, regarding the Salient dates
in respect of the amalgamation of the S&P GIVI South Africa ETF ("source fund") with the Satrix Quality
South Africa ETF ("target fund").

The amalgamation of the S&P GIVI South Africa ETF ("source fund") with the Satrix Quality South Africa
ETF ("target fund") will proceed as announced.

Conversion ratio:

The current conversion ratio: For each STXT50 unit, an investor will receive 6.1246 STXQUA units.

Investors will be informed of the final conversion ratio on Friday, 26 January 2024.
